In 2006, Tess started her career in cosmetics as a make-up artist. Tess has participated in many fashion shows, weddings and photo shoots. Tess attended the Avenue Five Institute of Cosmetology in Austin, TX where she graduated in 2014. She is Sassoon Certified and licensed Cosmetologist. In 2014, Tess was invited to attend the James Ryder Boot Camp. Ryder Make-Up Labs boot camp is an invitation only event. Candidates are selected from thousands of students from around the country who are the most talented, creative and passionate students they can find. Her work can be viewed at www.rydermakeuplabs.com. She was an apprentice under the master stylists at Method Hair in Austin, Texas. Tess had been working as a free lance hair and make-up artist in Austin until she moved to DFW to be a part of the Beautitude team.
Tess completed her lash instruction at Lux Lash and Brow Studio and received her certification in 2015. Her technique is very detailed and she takes takes time to insure that each clients lashes are the best they can be.
Theresa Roy is the owner of Beautitude Luxury Day Spa. Her lifelong mission has been to help people. She believes that if a person feels good about themselves, they are more likely to relate to other people in a positive way.
Theresa has worked in the medical field in one form or another for over 30 years. As a Respiratory Therapist she helped adults and neonates in a hands on environment. Later on, she worked for a major medical equipment company as an applications specialist where she taught others how to use state of the art equipment to help others. Prior to starting Beautitude Luxury Day Spa she worked at a medical training school mentoring staff and faculty who trained students in allied health care careers. Now she owns a business where she helps people look good and feel good. This venture is the culmination of all of her dreams coming true.
Crystal graduated from a 600 hour massage therapy course and has maintained her license since 2009. She has taken several continuing education courses over the years covering Advanced anatomy, Aromatherapy, massage for Arthritis and more . Crystal joined the Texas Sports massage team in 2014 and began mentoring with Emma Anderson. While mentoring she was given the opportunity to work on the Dallas Sidekicks for the 2014/2015 season. She recently participated in an 18 hour Sports Massage course with Emma Anderson.
Sean graduated from Universal Body Wellness Massage School and has maintained his license since 2008. Sean is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork. With his combined western and eastern massage skills, he is able to treat every unique patient. Sean has successfully treated patients with sports injuries, headache, migraine, TMJ disorder, Rotator Cuff injuries, Carpal Tunnel syndrome, sciatica and depression. Sean offers many different modalities from Deep Tissue to Therapeutic massage.

Ivy has a huge passion for the beauty and anti-aging industry and really focuses on providing her clients exactly what they are looking for. Ivy has been a licensed cosmetologist for 28 years and received her esthetician training at the International Dermal Institute in Dallas, Texas. She has many different skill sets. She believes that investing in your skin is an investment that lasts a lifetime. Consulting with a client about their skin and making sure their visit is an enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant experience is something that is very important to her. The esthetics industry offers ongoing learning experiences and keeping up with the latest products, treatment protocols and technology is key to being the best esthetician possible. She believes skin care is a lifestyle.
Born in Columbia, South America, she is bi-lingual and has an infectious positive personality. She makes it a priority to connect her clients with the perfect treatment and has a natural ability to connect with them as a person.
Founder of Texas Sports Massage. Emma started her career in massage therapy and wellness in 1991 in Kansas. In 1995, she became a graduate of Sterling Health Center. Emma focused her therapy in Sports Massage. Emma has over 50,000 hours of hands-on experience which she uses to coach and mentor other therapists.
Emma has worked with many walks of life including most of the indoor sports teams in the local area of Allen, Plano,Frisco,Dallas. IFL, ISL, IHL. Emma understands every client is different so her therapy and instruction is adjusted and customized to help the client. She currently serves as the trainer for all Texas Sports Massage therapists.
